Last updated: 16 September 2026Version 1.1 draftIncludes the End User License Agreement and the Purchase & Refund Policy

In short

1. Who you are dealing with

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Univerlist Teknoloji Sanayi ve Anonim Şirketi (“Univerlist”, “we”, “us”), Erzene Mah. Ankara Cad., Ebiltem Blok No: 172/14, Bornova, İzmir, Türkiye, for the mobile game Perfect Pause Challenge (shown on device as “Pause Challenge”) and its related servers and services (together, the “Game”).

By downloading, installing or playing the Game you accept these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains data processing; where law requires separate consent, accepting these Terms does not replace it. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.

2. Eligibility

The Game is intended for a mixed audience, including younger players. If you are below the age at which you can agree to these Terms in your country, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to them for you and supervise your use, including purchases. Age-appropriate features and privacy protections may differ according to the age category selected in the Game. These Terms do not claim that the Game is enrolled in the App Store Kids Category; an App Store age rating is a content rating, not permission to make purchases or share personal data.

3. License to use the Game

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on a compatible device that you own or control, for your own entertainment, in line with these Terms and the applicable store terms. The Game is licensed to you, not sold.

You may not: copy, modify, translate or create derivative works of the Game; reverse engineer, decompile or extract its source code, assets or video clips except where the law expressly allows; rent, sell, sublicense or distribute the Game or any part of it; remove any notices; or use the Game for commercial purposes.

4. Accounts and progress

5. Virtual items

The Game includes virtual items such as coins, lives, the starter pack, the piggy bank and Remove Ads (“Virtual Items”). Virtual Items are a limited, revocable license to use a feature inside the Game. They are not money, property or a currency, have no value outside the Game, cannot be exchanged for cash or anything of value, and cannot be transferred, gifted or sold to anyone.

6. Purchases

7. Refund policy

Refund eligibility depends on the store that billed the transaction, the facts of the purchase and applicable consumer law. A store decision does not remove rights you cannot waive by contract. We can investigate missing delivery and, where the platform permits, help with or process a Google Play refund; we cannot directly refund an App Store charge.

How to request a refund

  1. App Store purchase: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the purchasing Apple Account, select the item and choose “Request a refund”. Apple determines eligibility and provides the decision.
  2. Google Play purchase: request a refund through your Google Play order history or Google Play’s refund guidance. If you need delivery help or Google directs you to the developer, contact us with the Google Play order ID.
  3. For either store, contact [email protected] if an item was charged but not delivered. Tell us your Player ID, store and order ID; never send a password or full payment-card number.

What to expect

Nothing in this section removes rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country, including the Turkish Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502.

8. Advertising

Where advertising is enabled for a player, third-party networks may serve interstitial ads between levels and optional rewarded videos. An ad may be unavailable. We do not deliberately request ads for players classified as protected or whose age is unknown. Report an inappropriate or age-inappropriate ad to [email protected] with a screenshot and the approximate time; we will investigate with the provider. Advertising data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Fair play and conduct

You agree not to:

We may investigate suspected breaches, remove rankings, reset balances, and suspend or terminate accounts. Where cheating is detected, scores may be removed from leaderboards without notice.

10. Content and intellectual property

The Game, including its software, design, artwork, sounds, level videos, names and logos, is owned by Univerlist or licensed to it and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws worldwide. The level clips are generated video produced for the Game; they do not depict real events or identifiable real people. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

If you believe content in the Game infringes your rights, email [email protected] with the details and we will respond promptly.

11. Changes to the Game

The Game is an evolving online service. We may add, change, rebalance or remove levels, features, Virtual Items and rewards, require updates, and change or interrupt the service for maintenance. If we discontinue the Game, we will give notice where reasonably possible and address unused paid items in accordance with applicable law and store rules.

12. Health and safety notice

Please read. The Game shows fast-moving video and requires quick, repeated taps. A small percentage of people may experience seizures or blackouts when exposed to flashing lights or patterns, even with no history of epilepsy. Stop playing and consult a doctor if you experience dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitching, disorientation or involuntary movements. Take regular breaks, play in a well-lit room, and do not play while driving, walking in traffic or in any situation that needs your full attention. Repeated tapping may cause hand or wrist discomfort; stop if it hurts.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service or identical frame timing on every device. Timing depends in part on your device, operating system and display. Nothing in this section affects consumer rights that law does not allow us to exclude.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Univerlist and its officers, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, Virtual Items, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Game, even if we were advised of the possibility.

Where a monetary limitation is permitted by applicable law, our total liability for claims relating to the Game in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the Game through the applicable store in those 12 months and (b) 50 US dollars or the equivalent in your currency.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for gross negligence or willful misconduct. If you are a consumer in the EU, UK or Türkiye, you keep all mandatory rights under your local law.

15. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and hold Univerlist harmless from claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Game, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

16. Termination

You may stop using the Game at any time and request account deletion in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for a serious breach, fraud, legal requirement or service discontinuation, with notice where reasonably possible. Effects on purchased items remain subject to applicable store and mandatory consumer rights. Provisions that by their nature should survive, including intellectual property, disputes and liability, survive termination.

17. Apple-specific terms

These Terms are between you and Univerlist only, not Apple Inc. (“Apple”). Apple is not responsible for the Game or its content. The following applies because you obtained the Game from the App Store:

Where these Terms are less protective of you than Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, the Apple terms apply to that extent.

18. Google Play-specific terms

On Android, the Game is distributed through Google Play. In-app purchases are billed through the purchasing Google account under the applicable Google Play terms. Google Play purchase approval, verification and refund procedures are controlled by Google; where Google permits developer assistance or refunds, contact us with your order ID. These Terms are between you and Univerlist, not Google. Nothing here limits your rights under Google Play terms or mandatory consumer law.

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without taking away mandatory consumer protections or dispute forums available where you live. Consumers in Türkiye may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees when legally eligible; consumers elsewhere may use applicable local consumer-redress bodies. The former European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform is closed.

Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact us at [email protected]; most issues can be resolved within a few days.
